Ok, so I’m gona have to cover this gig in two posts cos my camera just couldn’t get enough of these three local gems. First up is SixStarHotel, who are an old favourite of mine. Great to see them on the gigging scene again, and cannot wait for their new album!

Really relaxing and civilised gig in Auntie Annies which saw the entire crowd sitting on stools and applauding the beautiful Sufjan Stevens style music very politely. Sadly the support of Pocket Promise didn’t work out for this gig due to gear problems.

This was an awesome gig, I used to be big into this kinda music, but somewhere along the line i mellowed to the point of folk music. But i still do enjoy the odd ear bashing, this gig was no exception!
